The rugby jerseys sold on this website are:

  • Original custom-designed garments

  • Limited first drop stock

  • Ready-to-ship once inventory is received in the UK and South Africa

Stock is strictly limited per country (United Kingdom and South Africa).
No restocks will occur for this specific design. Future designs may vary.

3. Orders

​

All orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to stock limitations

  • Refuse or cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

4. Pricing & Payment

​

  • Payments are accepted via card only.

  • UK customers are charged in GBP (£).

  • South African customers are charged in ZAR (R).

  • THEHOWZITGUY PTY (LTD) is not VAT registered.

All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable charges where required.

5. Shipping & Delivery

​

Shipping is free to customers in:

  • United Kingdom

  • South Africa

Estimated delivery time:
1–2 weeks from the date stock is available in the respective country.

As this is the first merchandise drop, slight delays may occur. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

No customs duties are applicable to orders shipped domestically within the UK or South Africa.

6. Limited Drop Policy

​

This is a strictly limited first drop. Once stock is sold out in a specific country, no further units of this design will be made available.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing chart before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.

7. Refunds & Returns

​

Due to the limited nature of this first drop:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

However, in accordance with UK and South African consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the item:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Is defective

  • Is not as described

You must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing thehowzitguy@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, branding, and content on this website are the intellectual property of THEHOWZITGUY PTY (LTD).

Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

The South African flag is used in accordance with applicable national usage guidelines.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THEHOWZITGUY PTY (LTD) shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delivery delays outside our reasonable control

  • Incorrect customer-provided information

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK or South African law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under applicable UK or South African consumer protection legislation.
